The form collects no payment. After we confirm availability and answer your questions, families pay a 50% deposit to hold the seat, and the rest before the course begins.

Pay the deposit, then the balance
The deposit holds the seat. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the course begins.

Deposits are refundable until 15 days before the course begins, excluding bank or transfer fees. From 14 days before the course, deposits become non-refundable because materials, staffing, venue planning, and seat availability have been committed. Final tuition is non-refundable after the balance is paid. If Sparks Lab Kids cancels, families may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future course.
