Kids do not gain confidence by watching someone explain. They gain it by trying, getting stuck, fixing mistakes, and seeing the car finally move.

Every student gets guided support, but they are still the builder. The hands on the car are theirs.

Mistakes are part of the lesson

When the car does not work, that becomes part of the lesson. Students learn to find the problem and fix it themselves.

The Schedule

7 sessions. One finished car.

Wednesday July 22 – Wednesday July 29, 2026. No class on Tuesday July 28. Monday July 27 is an optional help/testing session before final drive day.

  1. Session 1

    Meet the car + first code

    Students learn what the car parts do, test simple movement code, and understand how the project works.

    4:45–6:45 PM

  2. Session 2

    Build foundation

    Students assemble the car body, place the main parts, and prepare the wiring layout.

  3. Session 3

    Motors + wiring

    Students connect motors, organize wires, test power, and check that the car responds safely.

  4. Session 4

    Wi-Fi control day

    Students use a simple web control page to make the car move forward, backward, left, and right.

    Debug + customize

    Students fix common problems, tune movement, customize the car, and practice explaining how it works.

  6. Session 6

    Optional help + testing day

    Students who want extra support can test, get help, and prepare their car before final drive day.

  7. No class

    Break day

    A day off before the final drive. Students come back ready for the last session.

  8. Session 7

    Final drive + take-home day

    Students complete final tests, do a small driving challenge, receive a certificate, and take the completed car home.

The first and last 15 minutes of each session are a relaxed drop-off and pick-up window.
